In order for us to let you know if a vehicle is available, you’ll have to give one of our friendly agents a call 24/7. They’ll be happy to hear from you. Unfortunately it is extremely cost prohibited to build out and maintain automated digital reservation system that will give you real time vehicle availability. Trust us, you want the savings that comes from having to make a quick phone call.

In order to keep our vehicles clean and fresh, we do not allow for smoking of any kind on the vehicles. When renting with us you get unlimited stops so whenever you need a smoke break or a bathroom break for that matter just let the driver know and they will find the nearest pit stop location for you.

Of course, and they’re stocked with ice before your event for your convenience. No we can not fill it with alcohol for you. However, if you don't bring your beverages with you the driver can swing by a convenience or liquor store for you.

The minimal gratuity is included in your price, and you’re not required to tip above and beyond that unless you feel it’s necessary. The vast majority of customers do in fact tip the driver for their above and beyond service however.

Unfortunately we can not allow you to cancel once you have agreed to a reservation. Once you sign the agreement we then take your vehicle off the market for that day/night, as a result we have to turn away customers who otherwise would have made a reservation.

We have a large and varied fleet to accommodate groups of all sizes. Our largest party buses can handle groups up to 40 passengers. However, should you need more room for an event such as a corporate outing we can arrange for multiple vehicles to be sent to you to handle even the largest groups.
